If your great dane should die within the first year of its life, due to any congenital birth defect send a report from your veterinarian stating the cause & date of death. Along with your veterinarians name, address, & contact information. The pups original purchase price will be applied toward a replacement pup. Any illnesses acquired after purchase not resulting from a definite congenital defect are not covered under this agreement.
Your Big Sky puppy is guaranteed to be free of any bone structure problems due to genetics only, meaning not an injury or a nutrition problem. If such a problem were to arise up to the age of 1 year old and result in an unsound dog the breeder will replace the puppy with one of a simular quality when another puppy is available. Replacement of the puppy will require a confirmed statement of diagnosis by your veterinarian and also proof of spay/neuter.
If at any time the buyer is unable to keep or care for the Big Sky Pup/Dog for any reason the pup/dog will be returned to the breeder. We will evaluate the dog and place the dog in a new home at the discretion of Big Sky. Under No Circumstances is the said dog to be sold or given/placed to anyone other than the breeder without a written letter of permission from the breeder.
Guarantees are only valid for the original puppy buyer.
If for any reason this contract matter must be settled in a court of law, the buyer will be responsible for all court costs.
Buyer Agrees To The Following:
1:To provide the pup/dog with an adequate nutrition & diet. Feeding a good quality large breed food. A stable & healthy home environment with time to spend with the pup/dog. To start socializing the puppy at a young age & give the puppy the appropriate love & care that it needs.
2:All Big Sky Pups that are sold with a limited registration must be spayed or neutered by no later than the age of seven months old. Pups/Dogs that are sold on a limited registration must NOT be bred.
3:All Big Sky Danes that are sold with a full registration may be shown or bred. Buyer must Agree to abide by the GDCA Code Of Ethics.
4:All Big Sky Danes that will be registered with the American Kennel Club and/or other Kennel Clubs will be registered with the Big Sky Kennel Name on the registration. This pup/dog will carry the Big Sky title in the registered name.
5:Buyer must notify breeder of any address or phone number change.
6:Big Sky Great Danes is not responsible for anything other than that described in this contract. The replacement guarantee will be terminated if any of the above terms have not been met.
